TOS/FAQ

We are a for-charity tarot project for DSMP. This project includes a physical deck consisting of a full 78 cards, meanings for both major and minor Arcana, an accompanying guidebook, and merch. We are not associated with any content creators. This project is solely about fictiona characters and the proceeds will go to the Sarcoma Foundation of America in Technoblade's honor.

As of 11/14/2023 all orders have shipped. Leftovers 3/1/2024.

Buyer Agreement

All products are preorders. Shipping of preorders is estimated to begin in 2023, but shipping may be subjected to delays caused by events such as COVID 19 or other real-life issues. Please follow our socials for updates on production and shipping.

Digital sales are subject to the same shipping schedule as physical orders. Digital sales will be sent only AFTER all physical pre-orders have shipped out unless announced otherwise on Twitter. A link to download digital goods will be emailed to the provided email address. Digital goods are for personal use only and not for distribution.

Customs and Taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that DSMP Tarot’s organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.

Organizers will not change nor modify the paid price on any customs forms. 

Replacements and Refunds

DSMP Tarot will be responsible for replacing or refunding:

 Orders that are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order)
Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to organizer negligence in packaging (e.g. package contents do not match order number, bubble wrap or packaging missing, deck damaged inside polybag)

DSMP Tarot will not be responsible for replacing or refunding:

 Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
Orders that are shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer by November (deadline may be pushed to a later date should shipping delays occur—please follow Twitter and Tumblr accounts for updates)
Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)

Orders returned to DSMP Tarot's shipping mod due to unpaid customs or unclaimed post will be held for the buyer. We will contact the buyer in case of a returned package, but the buyer will be responsible for paying the new shipping postage. 

If you wish to file for a refund, do not file a PayPal case. Refunds will be handled case-by-case, and cannot be issued after August 8th, when the pre-order period ends. No refunds will be issued after the date, as the project will already have begun production. If an issue arises, please contact us through our store contact page or email. Be sure to include your order number in your message. Please be aware the refund may not include a refund on PayPal transaction fees.

Project organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.

☁︎ Where will you be shipping from?

Orders will be shipped out from Florida, US.

☁︎ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Currently we are able to ship to all countries, except Russia and Ukraine.

☁︎ When will PDFs be sent out?

PDFs will be subject to the same shipping schedule as physical items.

☁︎ Will orders be tracked?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

☁︎ Can I make changes to my order/address?

Yes. Please contact us via the store contact form or our email and include your order number and new address. If you have misplaced your order number please tell us the name and email the item was preordered under.

☁︎ Can I cancel my order/get a refund?

Refunds will be handled case-by-case, and cannot be issued after August 8, when the pre-order period ends. No refunds will be issued after the date, as the project will have already begun production. If an issue arises, please contact us through our store contact page or email.
